BUILDING A PRIVATE CLUB’S BRAND WORLD - FROM HOSPITALITY TO MAJOR BRAND PARTNERSHIPS & EVENT MANAGEMENT - From concept to a venue commanding national brand attention.
CONCEPT: As a consultant and brand experience director, Samantha built Even House’s full hospitality identity from scratch - creating the service standards, F&B programming, visual presentation, and event operations that defined the club’s exclusive positioning.
EXECUTION: Full infrastructure build: SOPs, staff training, F&B programming and sourcing, retail merchandising and procurement, and events activations and operations. Positioned Even House as a premium large-scale event venue, attracting major brand partnerships, in addition to a membership-based golf and social club.
RESULT: Even House went from start up to sought-after event destination. 7-Eleven approached Samantha directly to concept, execute, and style their national holiday brand campaign - a direct result of the world she built.
